Dr. Reed A. Castle is currently the executive vice president at Professional Testing Inc. He received his doctorate from the University of Nebraska in Quantitative, Qualitative & Psychometric Methods. During his graduate studies his research focused on various Computer Adaptive Testing strategies. As a professional he has conducted over 100 Job Analysis studies and many Cut-score studies with approximately 20 years of experience.  His research interests include transitioning traditional paper-based testing programs to computer adaptive testing programs and job analysis techniques. Dr. Castle routinely presents at educational conferences including the ICE, ATP, NCME, IMTA and CLEAR. He was a contributing author to Clear Exam Review Journal and served a six year appointment as a psychometric commissioner for the National Council for Certifying Agencies.
