Erin Billings is a Content and Communications Strategist at Professional Testing, where she has worked since 2011. She supports certification and licensure programs through project management, test development and publication, data analysis, meeting facilitation, and client communications.

Billings works with professional associations, certification organizations, and licensure boards across a range of industries. She works closely with clients and subject-matter experts to manage test development activities, analyze program data, and support the implementation of credentialing programs. She also contributes to the credentialing profession through committee service with industry organizations.

Billings earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, with a focus on marketing research, internet marketing, and brand communications. She is currently a doctoral student in Research Methods and Statistics at the University of Denver.
