Christine DePascale, MS

Psychometrician, Professional Testing, Inc.

Christine DePascale has nearly 20 years of experience in the area of psychometrics/test development. She joined Professional Testing, Inc. in January 2014 where she works with the test development and psychometric team providing services including item development, examination form creation, item analysis, meeting facilitation, job task analysis assistance and report generation.

Prior to joining Professional Testing, Ms. DePascale worked for 11 years at the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), where her responsibilities included role delineation studies, blueprint development, portfolio development, initial item development, and the integration of innovative practices into test development processes.  Prior to ANCC, Ms. DePascale worked as the measurement and assessment specialist at Florida State University Learning Systems Institute’s Center for Performance Technology (2000-2002). There, her responsibilities included ensuring the psychometric aspects of examinations, performance measures, survey instruments and electronic performance support systems. Ms. DePascale also has worked at Leon County Schools (Florida), the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation; all in various capacities associated with test development or educational assessment.

Ms. DePascale has presented at several national conferences, being invited to provide workshops regarding item development to National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties, and American Psychiatric Nurses Association; and co-presenting on the development of innovative item types at the Association of Test Publishers.
