Caroline George is based in Denver, CO, where she works as a psychometrician for Professional Testing Inc. In this role, she facilitates meetings and exam form creation to both create and maintain licensure and certification for a wide array of professions. Caroline received her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Clemson University. During her time at Clemson, she taught industrial psychology to undergraduate students, and engaged in various research projects surrounding understanding and mitigating burnout in healthcare populations, and job analyses techniques and application. Caroline has worked in talent management, where she consulted on initiatives throughout the employee life cycle. Caroline has also worked in data science, during which she aided in the validation of personality tests to help inform selection and employee growth through understanding how personality portrays itself in occupational environments..<\/p>\n
