Niero Selected To Launch Certification Program Services Division For Professional Testing
(ORLANDO, FL and WASHINGTON, D.C.) Professional Testing, Inc., a corporation with more than 30 years experience with test development and administration recently named Christine D. Niero, Ph.D., as Vice President for its new Professional Certification and Client Development Division. This division enables Professional Testing to expand its scope of services to include all aspects of program development for voluntary certification programs.
The strategic focus of the Professional Certification and Client Development Division is to provide expertise and resources to assist certification organizations in developing and implementing robust and viable programs. The program areas Niero will address include policy development, governance structures, recertification, continuing education, ethics and disciplinary procedures, administrative and operational functions. The division will also assist clients in achieving optimal organizational effectiveness by conducting audits for compliance with best certification and management practices.

Niero's areas of expertise also include: third-party accreditation, market analysis and need assessment studies, non-profit management, strategic planning and leadership development.

Niero serves as a commissioner on the Personnel Certifier Accreditation Commission (PCAC) for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and is a former officer on the Board of Directors of the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA). As the past Executive Director of the Coalition for Professional Certification (CPC), Niero has extensive experience representing professional certification at the level of federal policy and governance. Niero will head the Washington D.C. office for Professional Testing.
